Making a purchase:
When placing an order on Stillark.com you will receive an order confirmation including your order number, name, address and delivery address via email. We recommend that you save this.
Payment:
At shop.stillark.com you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods Bancontact (Belgium) and iDEAL (The Netherlands).
When your order is dispatched from Stillark's warehouse, the payment will be charged to the means of payment you have selected. If your order is divided into several deliveries, it will be the amount for the part of your order that is dispatched that will be charged from your account. The rest of the amount will be charged when the rest of your order is sent.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
