Shop.stillak.com trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
