Refund policy
Return policy:
You have the right to make a return within 14 days after receiving your goods, for any reason and with no justification. Please note that you will lose your right of return if you do not declare the withdrawal of your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods.
The costs of the freight are not included in your purchase. Expenses for returns may vary, depending on the products size. You are responsible for the goods, until we receive them and if an item is broken or lost during shipment, you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.
Please note that the right of withdrawal is annulled, if you use the product in a way that reduces the sales value. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item.
Steps to make a return:
1: Please contact customer service at info@stillark.com to let us know that you wish to make a return.
2: You will receive an email with your return number or shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
3: Please return your goods to our warehouse:

If you exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase - as described above – you will receive the refund within 14 days after we have received the order at our warehouse.
You cannot withdraw you order by refusing receipt of the delivery or refrain from collecting it at a pickup point without notifying us about your return.
The cost of the freight will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
