Shipping policy

 

Shipping details:

We ship to Denmark and the rest of the EU using GLS and Danske Fragtmænd. 

Shipping prices:

Denmark:
We offer free delivery to parcel shops on orders over 649 DKK in Denmark up to 20 kgs. Other large orders will be charged a delivery fee of 2.000 DKK
For shipment to Greenland please contact our webshop at info@stillark.com.

EU:
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of 100 DKK / approx. 13 EUR for orders up to 20 kgs. Other large orders will be charged a delivery fee of 2.000 DKK / approx. 270 EUR.

Faroe Islands: 
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of 300 DKK / approx. 40 EUR for orders up to 20 kgs.

Outside the EU:
We do currently not deliver outside the EU, but we are always open to hear where you think we should go next, so if you are sitting outside the EU and really want our products, please do not hesitate to reach out to info@stillark.com

Delivery time:

We always strive to deliver your products as soon as possible and within 10 working days. Delays may occur during public holidays and vacation breaks. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time is estimated from when the product is ready to ship from our warehouse.
